My Yacon Syrup Recipe
The Yacon root is tuber that grows under the Yacon plant, which is use to make a syrup known as Yacon syrup. Of recent times the syrup has talked about in many different circles from the medical to the health and culinary areas too.
Here (in the video below) I use Yacon syrup as a way to add a sweet health dressing to my everyday salads. It adds a very light tasting flavor as well as delivers it health benefits to my digestive system.
