In the forth video of my 5 foods that boost your metabolism I go into detail about hot peppers. The hot pepper is one food that was been known about for centuries. It is used by a lot of cultures all over the world today. This hot spice adds a real kick to any food it is added to and thus helps to boost your metabolic rate with its thermagenic properties which up the body.




If you can eat hot peeper in their raw state as this is the best way to consume them.

In this third video about how to speed up your metabolism with food, I go into detail about the spice cinnamon. Cinnamon is one spice that can make a differences to raising your metabolic rate!



There are so many different way that you can use cinnamon with other foods. You can spice up your tea, green smoothie or any smoothie, add it to apple dishes which (for me) is the best way to use it with a fruit.
