In this third video about how to speed up your metabolism with food, I go into detail about the spice cinnamon. Cinnamon is one spice that can make a differences to raising your metabolic rate!



There are so many different way that you can use cinnamon with other foods. You can spice up your tea, green smoothie or any smoothie, add it to apple dishes which (for me) is the best way to use it with a fruit. There are so much others things that you can add cinnamon to, just look at some of the most popular recipes online.
